One entry point. Three practices.

Every Infinikey Growth relationship begins with the Growth Diagnostic. From there, three connected practices cover the strategic, operational and technical layers of the growth system. Implementation runs through every engagement.

Every Infinikey relationship begins with the Transformation Diagnostic. From there, three connected practices cover the strategic, operational and technology layers of operating change. Implementation runs through every engagement.

The architecture is deliberately small. We do not offer a long menu of services. We offer one structured entry point and three deep practices, all carried by a single methodology, all senior-led, all built to hold in the field. The work below describes how each piece fits.

01

The Architecture

How the services fit together.

One wedge. Three peer practices. Implementation embedded in every engagement. All carried by the Infinikey Growth method.

Tier 01

The Wedge

Where every relationship begins

Entry point

The Growth Diagnostic

One to three weeks. Three artefacts. A 90-day plan.

Tier 02

The Practices

Three layers of the growth system

01 · Strategic

Foundation

The proposition and platform beneath growth

02 · Operational

Demand

The engine that brings demand in

03 · Technical

The systems underneath the growth work

Cross-cutting

Embedded in every engagement

Implementation & the Hold phase

Not sold standalone. We only run what we have diagnosed and redesigned, and we hold it after launch.

Whichever practice fits the situation, the engagement runs through the same four-phase methodology: Diagnose, Redesign, Implement, Hold. The work changes. The structure holds.

02

The Entry Point

Start with a Diagnostic.

A short, structured engagement that gives you a clear view of where your growth system is straining and a 90-day plan for what to fix first. The lowest-commitment, highest-clarity way to begin.

Entry point

The Growth Diagnostic

Three working artefacts produced in a structured one to three week engagement: the Growth System Map, the Growth Readiness Index, and the Priority Register. A 90-day plan you can act on, with us or without us. Senior-led from the first conversation.

03

The Practices

Three practices. One system.

Strategic, operational and technical. The three layers of the growth system in a mid-market business. Each practice can be engaged on its own. Most engagements draw on more than one.

01 · Strategic layer

Foundation

The proposition and platform.

Getting the growth system right before scaling spend on it. Positioning and proposition, website and conversion, brand voice and content architecture, measurement and attribution.

Engages when

02 · Operational layer

Demand

The engine that brings demand in.

Running the growth system and holding it. Organic search, paid acquisition, the content engine, lifecycle and CRM, and a monthly business review against pipeline and revenue.

Engages when

03 · Technical layer

Build

The systems underneath.

The engineering behind the growth system. Custom portals and web applications, sales-marketing-operations integration, automation and workflow, reporting and analytics infrastructure.

A Note on Implementation

Implementation is part of every engagement.

We do not offer implementation as a standalone service. Every Infinikey Growth engagement runs through Diagnose, Redesign, Implement and Hold as a single arc.

Cross-cutting

Implementation & the Hold phase

We only run what we have diagnosed and redesigned ourselves. Picking up another firm’s plan and executing it produces engagements neither side enjoys, and we do not take that work. Inside the engagements we do take, implementation is not the end of the relationship. It runs through Phase 03 and into Phase 04, the Hold phase, which is where most growth work quietly regresses once the launch energy fades. We have built our practice around taking that phase seriously.

How to Choose

Where to start.

Most clients are not sure which practice fits their situation when they first come to us. The Diagnostic is built specifically to answer that question. But here are the patterns we see, and the practice each typically points toward.

The issue is usually structural, not tactical. Start with the Diagnostic, which will most likely point to Foundation as the deeper engagement.

The issue is usually operational. Start with the Diagnostic, which will most likely point to Demand as the deeper engagement.

The issue is usually technical. Start with the Diagnostic, which will most likely point to Build as the deeper engagement.

That is the most common situation, and the one the Diagnostic is most useful for. Start with the Diagnostic. The 90-day plan will name the right deeper engagement, or confirm that you can run the plan yourself.

06 · How to start

Start with a Diagnostic.

A short conversation first to understand what you are facing and to confirm fit. Then a clear scope, a defined timeline, and a fixed engagement. Senior-led. Built to give you clarity, not commitment.
